How do I get a cleaning estimate?
Contact us and a representative from our company will get back to you to schedule a time to meet at your home or office and walk through. We will make a specific list of what is most important to you. We customize each visit to ensure that you're COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
I am sensitive to some cleaning product smells. What products are used?
We use a variety of non-abrasive products that do not interact with one another; however, if you have a favorite product that you would like used on a specific surface, we're happy to use it. We do ask that you provide the product as it's difficult to keep everyone's favorite products on hand.
How do I know that I can trust your staff?
We are bonded and insured and complete criminal background screenings on each of our staff members.
Do you service homes outside of Johnstown?
We service all of northern Colorado from Fort Collins to Longmont, Loveland to LaSalle, and everything in between. Locations we service include, but are not limited to: Windsor, Timnath, Severance, Berthoud, Johnstown, Milliken, Greeley, Firestone, and Frederick.
Do I need to supply my own cleaning products or equipment?
Only if you want to! We come fully prepared so there’s no need to supply anything. However, we do have some customers who prefer us to use their own vacuum or special cleaning products. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to incorporate them into our cleaning routine.
How long does a house cleaning service usually take?
The length of time it takes to clean a home varies depending on the size of the home, the level of dirtiness, and the specific services requested. A weekly cleaning for a modest size apartment may only take two to three hours, but a deep cleaning for a large home may take most of the day. Once we get to meet you and perform a walkthrough of your space we can provide a more accurate determination of how long it will take to clean it.
Do I have to be home during my cleaning?
You don’t not need to be home during your cleaning, but of course you are welcome to if you wish. Many of our customers prefer to use this time to run errands, hit the gym, or enjoy some much-needed “me time” to do as they please.
Do you do office cleaning?
Yes, we do! We offer commercial cleaning services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that it can be scheduled around your working hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. Clients with a Monday cleaning need to call before noon on the previous Friday. Failure to provide adequate notice could result in a fee of 50% of your regular cleaning cost. We understand that circumstances arise that may require a cancellation, so we will make every effort to work with you and reschedule your cleaning for another time.
Is a one-time cleaning and a deep cleaning the same thing?
It can be, but not necessarily. Deep cleaning means that we will take extra steps to clean those often neglected places. A one-time cleaning just means that you aren’t scheduled for recurring service. You might be interested in a one-time cleaning if you’re getting ready for guests, moving into or out of a home, or need help cleaning up before or after an event.
Do you clean rentals?
Yes! We clean short-term rentals, vacation homes, and Airbnbs.
